We are an on demand photo print service,image curation and a collaboration hub for photographers.
Mission statement
Firstly, Mowambe gives people the opportunity to make prints of photo taken at extraordinary events by using the photographer's Mowambe ID to find their pictures at a convenient time. Secondly, we have made Mowambe unique as an African curating platform for Afrocentric images and made available to a global audience, whereby our subscribed members can earn from their work. Thirdly, we have a platform for photographers collaboration, sharing and assisting one another. Mowambe is beautiful and delightful.

The nature of loss of photo shot at events, the absence of platform or a structure with which photographers collaborate from, abscence of curated Afrocentric images just as we have on sites such as Shutter stock, unspalsh, pixabay.

Ease of access for prints of photos by clients from event long left behind, structured collaborative platform between photographers, earning from curated works by photographers, profiling and build up of data relevant to photography in Africa.

We have the mindset to capture the missing parts of what many, most of the time overlook and that is to look inward for ways with which we can solve a few of our problems from within in Africa. We observe the employment scene have a sizable individuals thriving and making a decent sustainance from the photography industry. So, we hope to amplify their gains and make the process with which they interact with themselves and their clients as unique as possible.

Our business model
We are open to growth as we are not expecting to start making money especially in our first year of launch. However, we hope to sustain the startup from finances generated from subscription fee, commissions earned from curated works from photo owners, advert commissions and angel investors. As we gradually grow our user base at 5% weekly and find means to make the rate of engagement as much as 35% daily, we hope that from a 25,000 signups or more we can start making some profits.
On use of funds
Funds will be used for the completion of prototype to minimum viable product (MVP)
Exit strategy
Grow user base then look at merger and aquisition option.
